Our products are of the highest quality available. Sometimes a product may turn out to be defective or not to your liking. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. For all products purchased from Copic, you may return your items within seven days of purchase for a full refund. We are not responsible for covering your shipping costs. Please contact a Copic customer service representative to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. You must have an RMA # in order to receive a refund for the product.
Please note the following:
Products can only be returned within seven days of purchase and must be returned with an authorized RMA #.
If your product is defective, Copic will replace the exact item for you.
In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, Copic will refund the purchaser of the gift card.
All products will be inspected for damage if they are returned with a claim of defectiveness. If we find that the product was not defective, the product will not be refunded and we'll return the item to you with a full explanation.

CERTIFICATION AND WORKSHOPS REFUND POLICY
Until three weeks prior to the class, you will receive a 100% refund.
Three weeks before scheduled class, you may receive 75% refund.
Two weeks before the class you may be refunded 50% of the cost of the class.
No refunds will be given one week or less before the class. No exceptions
Once we receive your online or phone order, we'll provide you with an email confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Copic, Inc.'s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Copic reserves the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Copic cancels an order after you have already been billed, Copic will refund the billed amount.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Copic will do its very best to ship your order within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase date. Please allow at least 3 - 5 days for arrival once shipped. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Copic's control once it leaves our facilities, Copic cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
Copic's online store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at the Copic online store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so.
NORTH AMERICA ONLY
Copic accepts orders from billing addresses within the United States and Canada. Copic will not ship purchased products to an address outside of these zones.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
There may be occasions when Copic confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event that we cannot supply a product you ordered, Copic will cancel the order and refund your purchase in full.
Copic gift cards are issued and managed by Copic, and can be applied only to purchases from the Copic online store. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law), or for shipments outside the United States and Canada. Neither the issuer nor Copic is responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards or use without your permission.
