Sales and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Imagination International. We appreciate that you like to buy the great Copic Markers we sell. We also want to make sure you have a great experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the Imagination International Online Store, or on the phone with the Imagination International Customer Service. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as the “Imagination International Store” in this policy.)
We believe that our Markers are of the highest quality available anywhere, but we understand, however, that sometimes a product may turn out to be defective. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
For all Copic Marker and other Products purchased from Imagination International, you may return your undamaged Copic Markers with any included accessories within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Please contact an Imagination International Customer Service Rep. to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. Our friendly staff will walk you through the process of returning your product. The important part is that you MUST have an RMA # in order to receive a refund for the product.

Products can be returned only within 7 days of purchase and must be returned with an authorized RMA #
If your product is defective, Imagination International will replace the exact item for you.
In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, Imagination International will offer you an Imagination International Gift Card equal to the purchase price of the gift, including tax and any other fees.
All markers will be inspected for damage if they are returned with a claim of defective. If we find that the markers were not defective, the product will not be refunded and we’ll return the item to you with a full explanation.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation For Online and Call Center Purchases
Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Imagination International’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Imagination International Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Imagination International cancels an order after you have already been billed, Imagination International will refund the billed amount.
Shipping & Delivery
Imagination International will do it’s very best to ship your order within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase date. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Imagination International’s control once it leaves our facilities, Imagination International cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
The Imagination International Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at the Imagination International Store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so.
U.S. Sales Only
The Imagination International Store accepts orders from billing addresses within the United States and Canada. Imagination International will not ship products purchased at the Imagination International Store to an address outside of the U.S or Canada.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Imagination International may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Imagination International reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Imagination International confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Imagination International will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
Imagination International Gift Cards are issued and managed by Imagination International Inc., and can be applied only to purchases from an Imagination International Online Store. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law), or for shipments outside the U.S. Neither the issuer nor Imagination International is responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards or use without your permission. Keep them close; they’re valuable and can be redeemed by whoever finds them.
Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of your new Imagination International product exceeds the value of the Gift Card. Seems obvious, but we wanted to be sure you knew. Gift Cards are also not for resale. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
